50% Increase in Search Traffic and 25% Increase in Visitor Time on Site
Lebow Furniture presented a unique challenge for us. Their (then) current website provided a catalog of products from various furniture manufacturers, which allowed visitors to search for products that were carried in stores. Visitors could then request pricing or additional information on any piece of furniture, which would then be emailed to Lebow Furniture’s sales team. However, the site had some issues. It was not consistent with their branding, had very poor usability, and was not optimized for search engines. In addition, complaints were received that the products on the website were often outdated or discontinued. When Lebow Furniture asked us to redesign their existing site, they requested that the catalog functionality remain and improved upon.
Ultimately, we designed a system that would pull in information automatically from the furniture manufacturers’ that Lebow Furniture carried, and display the information the new website. Previously, all information was entered manually. This saves Lebow Furniture time and money. After the redesign, search engine traffic increased over 50% and visitors spent more time on the site.
